Case of the Monday blues? We've got just the thing for you! Come over to NuBo and sip on some of the best tasting brews in Santa Cruz while listening to the feel-good music of NYC indie folk band, Fort Vine.
Fort Vine is named after a secret tree fort in Manhattan, built by songwriting duo, Trevor Tunison and Nyna Nelson. Their positive music embraces every audience with open arms as their strong harmonies resonate with meaningful poetry and happy grooves.
Since forming in 2013, Fort Vine has been named one of NYC's best unsigned bands by the New York Observer. Their single, "Key to Love", was featured in Origins: Transworld Snowboarding film and Apple's Solar Eclipse campaign on Instagram. Their first album, "One in the Same", was voted to be pressed to vinyl by Feedbands’ subscribers and distributed world-wide.
Fort Vine is currently touring the USA as a trio with their bass guitarist, Kenny Johnson, in support of their second album, "Stay Magical". They are traveling in and living out of their beloved diy-converted sprinter van, Gypsee Bungalow.
